Vansom Vilivong, founder and director of the Phonesavanh Company, has only one ambition: to discover excellent wines from all over the world and introduce them to wine-lovers in Laos. Over the course of sixteen years, this ambition has made the Phonesavanh Company the premier resource in the country for wine and spirits. What began as a small shop in Vientiane has become a nation-wide enterprise with branches in Vientiane and Luang Prabang and clients throughout the country all supplied from a temperature-controlled warehouse stocked with wines from every part of the world.
Vansom has been joined in this enterprise by a team of twenty friendly, helpful staff.
Our company searches the planet for high-quality, high-value wines, and has found them from Chile to Italy, from Spain to New Zealand. Of course, we do not neglect the classics, such as French grand crus from renowned chateaux.
